President The RHA President represents the Residence Hall Association at all required functions. They also prepare the Agenda for all executive board and General Assembly meetings, preside over all Executive Board and General Assembly meetings. They assist Executive Board members with their designated takes, event planning, etc. They correspond with other student leaders on campus through the Student Leaders Council. Represents the resident population and is responsible for the adherence to the RHA Constitution and Bylaws Emily Klatch

Administrative Aide The Administrative Assistant is the Vice President and Secretary of the organization. If for any reason the president cannot be present the Admin takes over the presidential duties. The Admin Assistant is in charge of taking attendance at all meetings and keeping the attendance records for the organization. In addition the Admin Assistant is in charge of taking minutes at all General Assembly and executive council meetings, and distributing them to the necessary people. Finally the Admin Assistant is in charge of making sure the office has all the supplies that the organization may need. Kari Brown

Programming Communications Coordinator
The Programming Communications Coordinator plans, organizes, and implements
educational and entertainment programs for on-campus residents as well as
programs specifically for General Assembly. The Programmer coordinates
Halloween in the Halls and RHA Homecoming Events. The goal is to have
at least one big program each month. The Programmer manages the
programming budget and publicizes programs and events, as well as keeping
reports and records of all RHA programs. The Programmer is the head of
the programming committee. The Programmer attends MACURH and NACURH
conferences, meetings, and programs. The programmer will also represent
Missouri State as the Programming Communications Coordinator at all regional
or national conferences. the programmer must keep in touch with MACURH
via their website for programming ideas, as well as to keep the region
notified of what is happening here at Missouri State. Finally, the
Programmer assists in all other RHA programs and events. Todd Euglow

National Communications Coordinator The National Communications Coordinator shall organize delegations for all state, regional, and national conferences. They must also communicate with other NCCs on a regional and national level. They also must prepare the National Information Center Report and reaffiliation forms, and must serve as the Missouri State University voting representative in all NCC business matters of MACURH and NACURH. Upon the RHA general assembly elects a new NCC for the following school year, they must train the new NCC for that following year during the spring semester. Hall and University Enrichment Coordinator The HUE position is responsible for making changes on the Missouri State campus that students want to see. They are responsible for running the HUE committee that consists of the nine building liaisons. Major reoccurring projects for the HUE committee are the phone lists in the fall and the RHA Olympics in the spring. Anthony Jimenez

Internal Communications Coordinator The ICC position is required to put up bulletin boards in three locations around campus. The boards are located Blair-Shannon next to the dining center, across from the RHA office in Hutchens House, and in the Garst dining Center by Hammons are should be updated once a month with designs to promote RHA. The ICC also writes a monthly RHA newsletter that is distributed to all residents of Missouri State. The final requirement is to update the RHA website and keep it current with the various campus events that go on throughout the year. The website is updated using Front Page. Tyler Hillsman

Leadership Development Coordinator The LDC is responsible for Fall Leadership Day, Silver Bells, Appreciation Days, 5 Paw, and the Spring Leadership Banquet. This position requires planning a lot of the bigger events throughout the year. This position requires someone who is crafty and willing to put their time into making things such as invitations, programs, folders, and centerpieces.
